此次觀鯨探險遊船之旅從達令港出發，續航約20分鐘就能看到鯨魚遨遊大海。時間緊湊但又想體驗出海觀鯨探險的旅客朋友千萬不要錯過這個精彩之旅。每次觀鯨之旅只設27個名額，確保您的個人觀覽體驗。精彩興奮的旅程會如菲利普船長在1788年航行一樣(但航速會快很多)，沿著宏偉的澳大利亞海岸線返回悉尼港。
Your adventure whale watching cruise begins at Darling harbour and in less than 20mins you are out the heads and off to see the whales, this trip is perfect for those that only have a limited amount of time or are into the adventure! The boat (Totally Wild) has a limit of 27 seats so everyone has a good view. Then it's an exhilarating, exciting ride back along our magnificent coastline to enter Sydney Harbour just as Captain Phillip did in 1788 (but a lot faster).

Terms and conditions: Under any special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to or after the date of departure and the right to adjust/change the schedule of the tour. Travel insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. Full fare is required for booking. Cancellation fee: 25% of fare if you cancel 10 days prior to departure. 50% of fare if you cancel 4 to 9 days prior to departure. No refund if you cancel less than three days departure. Amendment fee: There are 10% amendment fee for change departure date in 20 days advance, 20% amendment fee in 7 days advance. No change permitted within 7 days of departure. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release may be required from all participants before tour departure. 01) 1至4人若用5人以上價格(E5+)購買，需符合提前至少10天以上預訂、至少有三個行程代碼添加到同一次購物車中，並完成付款。

02) 老客戶Loyalty Customer 定義：至少在3個月前(以我們數據庫爲准)參加過我們的行程。

03) 查位或留位所需支付訂金Tour deposit 為澳幣AUD5/每人。如果收到我們電郵+短信SMS通知有位及留位成功後，需在2天內(旺季需24小時內)支付餘款，否則訂金不予退還。如果收到我們電郵或SMS短信通知-團位已售罄，公司財務會在3個工作日內將所交訂金全額退還，或征求您的意見後可優惠價用於改換其它行程之費用。

What types of whales will I see? 觀鯨之旅會觀看到哪些種類的鯨魚
90% of the whales seen in past seasons have been Humpback whales (Megaptera novaeangliae). The next most common are the Southern Right whales ( Eubalaena australis). Others much harder to find are Minki, Sperm and Blue whales (normally only seen once a season) 根據之前的統計，90%的機會看到的是座頭鯨。然後常見的有南露脊鯨，比較難看到的有小須鯨，抹香鯨和藍鯨(通常一個季度只出現一次)。
What happens if it rains? 下雨對行程有何影響
Totally Wild is more exposed to the elements, but has a roof and clear covers that can be rolled down if needed. 盡管遊船Totally Wild的主體客艙是開放式的，但配有硬頂，還有擋雨廉，必要時可以放下透明的擋雨廉。

It really depends on the day, sometimes the wind is blowing in the morning but drops off in the afternoon and vise versa. The whales don't seem to be more or less active as the day progresses (you can check by visiting Sightings ). 海洋的風向是變化莫測的，要視乎當天的天氣環境。而鯨魚早上的活動和下午的活動不會有很大的差別。

We are in the ocean, but the bigger the boat, the less you feel it, that's why we have the biggest whale watching vessel in New South Wales, to make your cruise the most comfortable experience possible. If you are still concerned, we recommend you seek out a preventative remedy that works for you and eat lightly before embarking. Will I see Migaloo (the white whale)? 有機會觀看到白色鯨魚嗎
Only if we are very lucky and then only on 2 or 3 trips of the year. Each whale swims past the Sydney coast over a 6 hour period, so they may pass us in the night time when no one is watching. No, Everyone, and that includes recreational boater follow the same regulations, 100m from the whales is as close as the rules allow any boat to approach. If someone is promising to get closer than this they will be breaking the law. But whales are curious in the boats sometimes and have a close look. In that case we have to stop our engines and let the whales pass. No, a smaller boat means you are closer to the water, not closer to the whales. The higher up you are, the better the viewing angle you get to see the whales. Generally watching is good from both Totally Wild and Ocean Dreaming II 小船意味著距離水面更近，但不是更靠近鯨魚。反而您乘坐的船越高，觀看鯨魚的角度會越好。從觀看視野來說，遊船Totally Wild和海洋之夢2兩者都不錯。
What is the Whale Guarantee? 觀鯨保證是什麽
The whale guarantee allows each person with a valid ticket (excludes Free of Charge passengers) on a cruise that does not see whales to return on another cruise in the same year with a return voucher. By seeing whales we mean that we find and approach at least one whale and we have at least 2 confirmed sightings on the surface at a reasonable distance. No, we understand some people can't come back if they are travelling or for other reasons, but each time we go out on a cruise to find whales we do our upmost to find them for you. 不可以，我們很明白一些旅客由於某些原因而不能參加第二次觀鯨之旅，但是我們每次出海都會竭盡全力為您尋找鯨魚的蹤跡，滿足您觀鯨的樂趣。

No, the voucher is valid only for the year it is issued in. Towards the very end of the season we do allow you to use your return voucher next season. 不可以，免費搭乘券僅限該觀鯨季節使用。但對於該季最後幾次所發的免費搭乘券，允許下一年使用。
