Reef Experience is a luxurious, all inclusive catamaran providing excellent value day trips to The Great Barrier Reef. M.V. Reef Experience visits two, pristine Outer Barrier Reef locations daily with plenty of time to relax, snorkel and scuba dive. Being one of the fastest boats in the Cairns Marina, Reef Experience takes you to some of the furthest and therefore premium snorkelling destinations, and boasts up to 6 hours at the reef.
Your Great Barrier Reef day starts with a cooked barbeque breakfast and fruit platter, fresh hot and cold buffet lunch prepared by your own onboard chef and a complimentary wine and cheese platter on the journey back to Cairns. All snorkelling equipment hire and national park fees are inclusive in the trip cost. If you need assistance in the water or have never snorkelled before, guided snorkel tours from experienced staff run throughout the day.
Glass bottom boat tours and Marine Biologist interactive presentations are included activities all may participate in, and passengers can choose between spacious fully-air conditioned saloon areas or a large luxurious sundeck fully equipped with cushioned sun loungers. Our company is passionate about getting everyone in the water to experience the Great Barrier Reef , if you are not a good swimmer, if you are frightened for any reason – one of our wonderful crew members will assist you in the water.
Introductory Scuba Diving Included in your Reef Experience snorkelling day trip is the option to try scuba diving for free! Whether you’ve never tried diving before or you are a certified diver, a morning scuba dive is a great start to the day for all who love an adventure. Diving is easy, fun and exciting!*
*Some medical conditions may prevent you from diving. For example: heart disease, asthma, epilepsy or diabetes. If you are unsure of a particular medical condition, please check with us prior to making your reservation. *Flying after scuba diving: We recommend that you do not fly for at least 24 hours after scuba diving.

Terms and conditions: Under any special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to or after the date of departure and the right to adjust/change the schedule of the tour. Travel insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. Full fare is required for booking. Cancellation fee: 10% of fare if you cancel 30 days prior to departure. 30% of fare if you cancel 29 to 8 days prior to departure. 50% of fare if you cancel 7 to 4 days prior to departure. No refund if you cancel less than three days departure. Amendment fee: There are 5% amendment fee for change departure date in 10 days advance, 10% amendment fee in 4 days advance. No change permitted within 3 days of departure. Liability: Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond our control. 01) 歡樂旅遊代金券使用規則：
A) 代金券只可抵扣本項目以外的其它旅遊項目，本公司官網全域可選。
B) 如果本次購買超過3個不同的旅遊(旅程代碼)項目，則代金券金額可以一次過在本次使用。
C) 代金券金額-限一次使用完畢，剩餘部分將歸零。
D) 旅遊代金券不可用於抵沖信用卡費、國際電匯費。
E) 獲贈的旅遊代金券自購買行程之日起-有效期1年。
F) 未盡事宜-P&J Travel 歡樂旅遊保留及擁有最終的解釋權。

03) 本遊船最大載客量約120人，行程前後次序由當日遊船公司決定。
04) 遊船上自費項目可以選擇參加或不參加，本船只提供遊船上購買，不提供預購。
05) 本行程建議攜帶泳衣、大浴巾、備換衣服、防曬霜、墨鏡、太陽帽、現金或信用卡。證書潛水者需攜帶國際潛水認證書。
06) 網站成功付款後即會收到電郵，確認款項已支付。請預留24-48小時，等候本公司發往您電子郵箱的Travel Voucher(上船憑證/緊急電話等)
07) 本行程之上船(旅行憑證)需打印出來交辦理櫃檯(暫不接受出示手機上的旅行憑證文檔)。請在出發前盡早預訂，免於自己無法或高成本列印(打印)旅行憑證。
08) 查位或留位所需支付訂金Tour deposit 為澳幣AUD5/每人。如果收到我們電郵+短信SMS通知有位及留位成功後，需在2天內(旺季需24小時內)支付餘款，否則訂金不予退還。如果收到我們電郵或SMS短信通知-團位已售罄，公司財務會在3個工作日內將所交訂金全額退還，或征求您的意見後可優惠價用於改換其它行程之費用。
