清晨從Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach酒店車接，或在Nerang, Canungra上車，豪華空調車帶你來到熱氣球升空的集合點。預定后即會告知你上車或集合地點。我們的駕駛員經驗豐富，保持著南半球最安全的熱氣球飛行記錄。總會有驚喜，處處是風景。到達集合地點后，觀看熱氣球慢慢充氣，你知道嗎，充完氣我們的熱氣球比十層樓還高呢。我們的團隊有駕駛員、專家、經驗豐富又熱情的工作人員為你的熱氣球導航，為你介紹熱氣球有關的知識。你的熱氣球駕駛員會回答你的問題，帶給你歡樂的旅程。我們的工作人員都經過訓練，經驗豐富又幽默，讓你享受乘坐熱氣球的最高樂趣。落地后還有回收熱氣球比賽，一路歡聲笑語不停。
回到地面后，短暫的車程送往酒莊餐廳。早餐絕對不容錯過！我們獨家帶你通行O'Reillys Canungra酒谷莊園。沉浸在歷史氣息濃郁的庭院式葡萄莊園中，手執一杯香檳感受美麗的晨光。新鮮可口的早餐、糕點、果汁、雞蛋、培根、水果任你享用，在寧靜葡萄園中感受風景如畫的昆士蘭。結束后空調大巴送回酒店。也可以送至各主題公園、購物中心或者其它一些行程的上車點。預訂時請提前告知我們要在哪裡下車。
Pick up from accommodation in Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach or meet at Nerang or Canungra. Air conditioned coach transfers to our Hot Air Balloon launch site. Your confirmed Pickup/Meeting time will be issued as soon as you Reserve your booking. Our team of pilots are Australia's most experienced with the record for most reliable balloon ride take-offs in the southern hemisphere. Always a surprise, always an impressive sight. Arrive at the launch site, to see the amazing hot air balloon inflation display. Did you know, our hot air balloons stand taller than a ten storey building? A great team of pilots, expert, knowledgeable & great guys are guiding your balloon. They have some amazing facts to share about Hot Air Ballooning. Your balloon crew driver is ready and waiting to answer all your questions and have a bit of fun. We're pleased to say our team are a fun and highly trained crew are well practiced in maximising the enjoyment to be had. After landing there is some Hot Air Balloon pack-up games and lots of laughs.
Come down to earth and it's a short drive to O'Reilly's Grand Homestead & Boutique Vineyard. Our breakfast is a real highlight! We have exclusive access to O'Reillys Canungra Valley Vineyard- take a sneak peak at our virtual tour. Relax in the historic surroundings with a glass of champagne to toast your morning. A full freshly cooked breakfast, pastries, fresh juices, eggs & bacon, cereals & fruit is all yours as you relax in the serenity of the vineyard on the verandah of this picturesque grand Queenslander. Air conditioned coach transfers to your Accommodation. We also offer drop offs to Theme Parks, Shopping Centers & link with a number Gold Coast Hinterland tours. Just let us know where you would like your drop off when you book.

01) All flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions and weight restrictions.

05) A maximum of 16 people are permitted in the basket. 每次最多只能承載16位旅客。
06) Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.

07) Vegetarian and gluten free breakfast options are available, please advise at time of booking if required.

08) Hot air ballooning is an audience participation activity and you will be encouraged to assist with the set up and pack away of the balloon itself.

11) Wear clothes as for hiking, including sturdy shoes, warm socks and a cap, do bring sunglasses & bottle of water.

12) We meet before sunrise so, depending on the time of year and weather, it can be extremely cold.

Terms and conditions: Under any special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to or after the date of departure and the right to adjust/change the schedule of the tour. Travel insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. Full fare is required for booking. Cancellation fee: 25% of fare if you cancel 30 days prior to departure. 50% of fare if you cancel 29 to 8 days prior to departure. 75% of fare if you cancel 7 to 4 days prior to departure. No refund if you cancel less than three days departure. Amendment fee: There are 10% amendment fee for change departure date in 20 days advance, 20% amendment fee in 7 days advance. No change permitted within 7 days of departure. Liability: Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our clients, we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond our control. Passengers should note that adventure travel involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release may be required from all participants before tour departure. Frequently asked questions 本旅程之常見問題問答
01) 1至3人若用4人以上價格(E++)，需符合提前至少10天以上預訂、至少有三個行程代碼添加到同一次購物車中，並完成付款或訂金支付。
三個或以上不同旅程代碼：指每個獨立行程的代碼，若在此行程下有分項目(如餐飲/接送/假期附加/自費項目等)，分代碼不視爲獨立代碼。
4人以上之定義：小童可計入總人數，如2成人+2小童同時參團亦算4人以上，其中2成人可以按(E++)計價。
02) 老客戶Loyalty Customer 定義：至少在3個月前(以我們數據庫爲准)參加過我們的行程。
如遇您的信用卡無法支付或要求註冊:請致電您所在國的PayPal辦事處。如提示Seller商家網站出錯:可電郵我們在線客服(或)電話聯系我們，通知有獎。
03) 旅遊車型以參團人數決定，常規旅遊車為7至25座旅遊巴士不等。
04) 若行程中有自費項目門票，可以選擇參加或不參加，但門票需由導遊統一購買，若自備門票，時間上配合不了團隊，損失自理。
05) 本行程之上車(旅行憑證)需打印出來交地接司機(暫不接受出示智能手機上的旅行憑證文檔)。請在出發前盡早預訂，免於自己無法或高成本列印旅行憑證。
06) 查位及留位所需支付訂金Tour deposit 總額為AUD50/每組。如果收到我們電郵+短信SMS通知有位及留位成功後，需在3天內支付餘款，否則訂金不予退還。如果收到我們電郵或SMS短信通知-團位已售罄，公司財務會在3個工作日內將訂金AUD50全額退還，或征求您的意見後可優惠價用於改換其它行程。
