Horse Riding 騎馬
無經驗者在向導帶領下往森林策騎，由簡到難，充分享受騎乘的樂趣並欣賞沿途風光。3-10歲小童可以選擇騎Lead ponies小馬。經驗者可以自由在峽谷範圍內策騎。駿域谷有超過200匹駿馬供遊客選擇，使我們能夠滿足所有騎手的需求。我們友好的員工將為您選擇一匹適合您騎行能力的駿馬，從適合初學者溫柔的馬，到為有經驗的騎手準備的更有挑戰性的馬。出發前我們會給所有騎手做個別指導, 巡迴督導員會隨時幫助有需要的騎手。遊客在駿域谷可以選擇自由騎行和有嚮導騎行。

Glenworth Valley has over 200 quality horses to choose from, allowing us to cater for the exact needs of all riders. Our friendly staff will select a horse to suit your riding ability, from gentle horses for beginners to more challenging horses for experienced riders. Individual instruction is given to all riders prior to departure and roving supervisors are on hand to assist riders if required. Visitors to Glenworth Valley have the option of free-range riding or guided riding.
Guided horse riding is suitable for riders of all abilities, with no previous horse riding experience required. Instruction on control and management of your horse is given before leaving the yards and a professional and friendly guide will accompany you on your ride. You will be shown the features of the area while riding and once you feel proficient and confident with your horse you may be able to leave the group and explore the valley at your own pace.
Free-range horse riding is available for experienced riders who feel confident with their horse and who wish to explore the valley at their own pace. All riders are given instruction on control and management of the horse before leaving the yards to ride wherever they like without a guide. In order to go free range riding we like you to have ridden at least 50 times before however the final decision regarding rider experience and ability for free range riding rests with the Yard Manager on the day.
Lead ponies/horses are available for children aged 3 to 10 years old, for 1 or 2 hours. An adult is required to lead the pony/horse from the ground. For children under 5 years old, 2 adults are required; one to lead and one to walk beside. Up to 4 children can share the lead pony in one hour (one at a time).
Quad Biking-ATV 小型四驅車

Quad biking on a four wheel ATV is awesome fun and surprisingly easy. In fact, no experience is necessary and anyone 12 years and above can do it. All our bikes are fully automatic making them easy to ride and use.
All riders receive a safety briefing, followed by individual instruction on how to control and manage their bike. We then do some practical training and assessments on our confidence building course, before we hit the open trails to Glenworth Valley's purpose built quad biking track. Our quad biking adventure now features a number of new elements including a fun new water crossing (subject to weather conditions) with some more technical trails and challenges.
Quad bike tours are fantastic fun for family and friends, group outings for social organisations and corporate team building activities. We also provide outdoor education programs for school and community groups. Why not pack a picnic or enjoy a BBQ lunch on the banks of Popran Creek and enjoy the day at Glenworth Valley.
Kayaking 皮劃艇/單人或雙人皮艇泛舟

Trips departing Glenworth Valley offer paddlers the opportunity to explore the unspoilt wilderness of Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley. As we glide down Popran Creek you can choose to either explore the peaceful upper reaches of Mangrove Creek or head downstream onto the magnificent Hawkesbury River system.
Abseiling 绳索下降

Abseiling at Glenworth Valley is all about experiencing a fantastic day of fun, excitement and adventure in the great outdoors. We offer two different abseiling experiences on our property for you to choose from.
Abseil 1 is our most popular abseiling experience and is set on top of an easily accessible mountain with stunning views over Popran Creek as it meanders its way through Glenworth Valley and surrounding National Parks. This site is suitable for beginner abseilers and offers three exciting descents - a gentle, introductory descent to develop your confidence before working up to the more challenging and lengthy vertical flat wall and open air, overhang type descents.
Abseil 2 is our new rainforest abseiling experience and is located in a more remote area of our property. It is a slightly more advanced and challenging experience and is best suited to those who have completed abseil 1 or who are more confident abseilers. It features a mixture of flat wall vertical and overhang type descents with a spectacular sandstone cave to explore. The final and longest abseil is an open air descent beside a rainforest waterfall.
Your abseiling adventure starts with a warm welcome and introduction to the day’s proceedings. After our safety briefing, your guide will train you in all the abseiling techniques you need to know before stepping out onto some small beginner’s rocks where you can practice your technique and develop your confidence. By the end of the session you will be able to comfortably experience lengthy rock face descents, open air declines and if you are up for a real challenge, face forward rundowns.
Abseiling is great fun and surprisingly easy. In fact, no experience is necessary and absolutely anyone can do it. To maximise the pleasure and enjoyment of our participants, we practice "challenge by choice" where you control how much of an adventure you wish to undertake. Both abseiling sites offer spectacular views of Glenworth Valley and surrounds, so be sure to bring your camera along.
Safety is paramount and we have a number of safeguards built into all of our abseils to maximise your enjoyment and peace of mind. These include use of only the finest quality equipment, friendly, qualified, experienced guides and a backup safety belaying system where we can take control of your descent at any time if required. We also have separate instructor ropes so that we can coach you every step of the way if you are in need of any assistance.

Terms and conditions: Under any special circumstances, our company reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to or after the date of departure and the right to adjust/change the schedule of the tour. Travel insurance is NOT included. We strongly recommend that passengers have their own travel insurance against illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not being able to travel on the confirmed departure date. Full fare is required for booking. Cancellation fee: 25% of fare if you cancel 10 days prior to departure. 50% of fare if you cancel 4 to 9 days prior to departure. No refund if you cancel less than three days departure. Amendment fee: There are 10% amendment fee for change departure date in 20 days advance, 20% amendment fee in 7 days advance. No change permitted within 7 days of departure.
